4) Providing personal data is necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract. Refusal to provide them will result in the inability to conclude and execute the contract

5) Personal data will be kept for the duration of cooperation and after its completion, but not longer than 10 years from the date of termination of cooperation

6) Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations

7) The administrator doesn`t make decisions that would be based on the automated processing of your data, including profiling

8) You have the right to request the Administrator to access personal data and to receive a copy, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, data transfer as well as the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
