Claim procedures<\/h3><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]1. Only Buyer has a right to claim, on the basis of proof of purchase claimed item.<\/p>\n

2. Claiming person should inform HOLDBOX<\/span><\/strong> about the claim in written by fax or e-mail.<\/p>\n

3. Claim has to be reported only by filling the Application<\/a><\/span> Form available on\u00a0www.holdbox.eu<\/a><\/span>\u00a0website, clearly signed and stamped. Claims reported by a different from will not be considered.<\/p>\n

Filled form has to be signed and stamped by the submitting the complaint, then sent be e-mail to Holdbox. Holdbox will give the number to the complaint form and will confirm acceptance of a complaint, then submitting company will send the claimed goods to Holdbox<\/span> <\/strong>at Katowicka 11, Bieniewiec, 96-321 \u017babia Wola<\/span><\/strong>, Poland after acceptance received. Complaints submitted on different forms and without confirmation of acceptance will not be considered.<\/p>\n

4. Claim should be reported within 14 days from the moment of detection of defect and should contain a detailed description of the defect with proof of purchase attached.<\/p>\n

5. In case any additional information concerning the defect or using the item will be required to resolve the claim, the Buyer is obliged to give those informations to the Seller.<\/p>\n

6. Claimed item should be delivered to Seller’s warehouse:\u00a0HOLDBOX\u00a0 96-321 \u017babia Wola Bieniewiec, Katowicka 11, Poland.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Resolving the claim and repair or exchange of the claimed product will take not more than 30 days from the date the item has been delivered to Seller’s warehouse.<\/p>\n
